We love receiving FEEDBACK

We received this great comment from Jennie.  Thank you so much for the feedback.

Comment: Just wanted to say I received my new academic year diary this week.  I am thrilled with it.  I love that there is more of an overlap at the beginning and end of the year and love the colour too (dove grey).  A few more note pages at the end would be great but this is, as ever, a fabulous product and one I recommend every year to all my friends.

We are very excited to launch our NEW and Upgraded FAMILY Address Book.  The layout is largely unchanged but we have 2 versions, a Pink cover printed with our signature pink printing and a Midnight Blue cover printed with a very chic new grey colour.  Our unique MUM's Office designed Families page records information such as mobile phone numbers and dates of births for all family members, rather than squeezing all the kids names on to one line.

Updating a new diary

I love the crispness of a new diary, the feeling of a fresh start and a new year.  I don't mind transferring over information because it is a chance for a tidy up.  The first thing I do is transfer any dates I have noted in the OUR PLANS section of my previous years diary.  DATES TO REMEMBER is updated for all the birthdays and anniversaries, I mark out all the school holidays on OUR PLANS, remembering to check the school calendars as sometimes term dates do change! I then update OUR WEEK for the new term's timetable. Usually this is pretty much the same but sometimes the kids change a club or take up a new activity.  I move on to the weekly pages, having updated these already from the previous year's diary, I then go through the school calendars (I have 4 to do!) and update for school plays, Parent/teacher meetings, etc.

A childminder discovers MUM's Office

We received some great feedback on how our products are used by Alison, an Ofsted Registered Childminder which we felt is worth sharing.

"I can’t believe I have not come across these diaries before, they are just the perfect job for a childminder as one can write the minded child’s name at the top and jot notes and observations down on a daily basis without having to fill up the page! The children’s record pages are good too, so I have info to hand if anyone needs to access it in case of emergency.  The weekly planner is good too, I love the fact it is plain, no cartoons, gimmicky picture or writing - great resource. I am going to take mine to a network meeting next week and show it to other childminders!

We love to hear feedback so please do email us at

The Independent

We have had trouble with our WordPress so have been out of action for a while.  The Independent featured our BIG Family School Year Diary in Their 50 Best Back to school buys.  It is worth checking out as I think there are some useful Christmas Present ideas.
