Delivery & Returns
We aim to dispatch orders received Monday to Friday by 2.30pm the same day. Orders are delivered by First Class post and Royal Mail aims to deliver within 2 working days, including Saturday. However, we are finding that some deliveries are taking a long time to arrive so if you have not received your order please try your neighbours and local Royal Mail sorting office, in case there is a parcel waiting for collection and the card has gone astray. If you have not received your order within 15 working days, please contact us to arrange a replacement or refund.
We also offer UK next day delivery (Monday to Friday) using the courier DPD. DPD will send you an email and a text message giving you a 1 hour window for estimated time of delivery. We must receive your order by 1pm (Monday - Thursday) to use this service. Orders received after 1pm on Thursday and before 1pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Orders received after 1pm on Friday and before 1pm on Monday will be delivered on Tuesday! These are normal working days and do not include Bank Holidays.
Please note that our couriers will not deliver to PO Box addresses.
We can only offer UK delivery as Brexit and international shipping rates have got the better of us. Our products are available from Amazon.co.uk which may offer international delivery and a limited selection is also available from JohnLewis.co.uk.

Change of mind - We accept returns of all items up to 28 days after you receive delivery of your goods. To cancel any item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receipt, quoting your order number and your reason for return.
You must return the item within 14 days of cancellation, taking reasonable care of the item, including all original packaging and return the item in the same condition that it was in when delivered to you.
Items should be returned to Blox Trading - RETURNS, PO Box 74621, London, SW8 9EP. Any costs incurred in returning the item are the responsibility of the customer.
We advise you obtain a Proof of Posting to protect you against any losses in the post.
We will refund your order within 14 days of receiving your return.
Faulty, Incorrect or Damaged - In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, we shall make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question provided that you notify us of the problem by email at the address stated in the confirmation email within 48 hours of delivery of the goods plus return the goods to us, unless we inform you that return is not necessary. This provision does not affect your statutory rights.
