DELIVERY

Orders are delivered by Amazon Logistics and we aim to deliver within 3-5 working days.  However sometimes deliveries take longer to arrive.  If you have not received your order within 10 working days,  we can dispatch the order again or offer a full refund.

Please note that our couriers will not deliver to PO Box addresses.

We can only offer UK delivery as Brexit and  international shipping rates have got the better of us.  Our products are available from Amazon.co.uk which may offer international delivery and a limited selection is also available from JohnLewis.co.uk.


Delivery Charges are as follows:

Change of Mind

Once your order has been placed we are unable to cancel or amend your order.  If you have made a mistake with your order please email us at hello@mumsoffice.co.uk quoting your order number. 

We are unable to process an exchange so please see return details below.

RETURNS

We accept returns of all items up to 28 days after you receive delivery of your goods. To cancel any item, please email us at hello@mumsoffice.co.uk within 14 days of receipt, quoting your order number and your reason for return.

You must return the item within 14 days of cancellation, taking reasonable care of the item, including all original packaging and return the item in the same condition that it was in when delivered to you. 

Items should be returned to MUM's Office - RETURNS, ORDER NUMBER __________, PO Box 9791, Wareham, BH20 9DN. Please ensure that you include your Order Number on your return label so that we know who it has come from.  Any costs incurred in returning the item are the responsibility of the customer.  

We advise that you obtain a Proof of Posting to protect you against any losses in the post. 

We will refund your order within 21 working days of receiving your return.

Should you decide to return an item purchased at a discounted price we will deduct a £5 processing fee, per item, from your refund.  This is to cover the costs of processing your order and refund.

Faulty, Incorrect or Damaged  - In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, we shall make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question provided that you notify us of the problem by email at the address stated in the confirmation email within 48 hours of delivery of the goods plus return the goods to us, unless we inform you that return is not necessary. This provision does not affect your statutory rights.
