DELIVERY

Orders are delivered by Amazon Logistics and we aim to deliver within 3-5 working days.  However sometimes deliveries take longer to arrive.  If you have not received your order within 10 working days,  we can dispatch the order again or offer a full refund.

Please note that we cannot deliver to BFPO or PO Box addresses.

We can only offer UK delivery as Brexit and  international shipping rates have got the better of us.  Our products are available from Amazon.co.uk which may offer international delivery and a limited selection is also available from JohnLewis.co.uk.

Once your order has been placed we are unable to cancel or amend your order.  If you have made a mistake with your order please email us at hello@mumsoffice.co.uk quoting your order number. 

We are unable to process an exchange so please reorder the product that you are after and refer to the return details below.
