This desk diary is a LARGER version of the BLOX Academic A5 Diary published by our sister brand BLOX Stationery and the same size as our BIG Family School Year Diary. A large diary which will look fabulous on any desk or in any staff room. Particularly suited to professionals, the self-employed and teachers and the perfect gift for anyone who runs their life based on the Academic/School Year or wants a mid-year diary!
What's inside
The BLOX Academic Desk Diary measures 19cm by 24cm and contains 208 pages of bright white paper. It has a hardback cover with rounded corners, an expandable pocket on the inside back cover for stamps, receipts or invitations, 2 grosgrain ribbon page markers, an elastic strap to hold everything closed and a pen loop. The diary is thread bound so it won't fall apart and with a little bit of use it will lie flat if you want to keep it open.
Tabbed sections include:
- INFORMATION pages to record Personal Information and My Week for your weekly schedule/timetable;
- GOALS to think about and plan the big things you want to do in all areas of your life;
- NOTES for anything and everything in your life;
- DATES including Dates To Remember, Notable Dates and Calendars,

I didn’t realise how much my old diary had turned into visual chaos until I finally admitted defeat. What can I say? This diary is my literal bible I can’t live without out. I’ve ordered the same for many years. As a busy teacher and mum I use one side of double page for work related activity and the other for life related things, which each of us having our own column. This means that it is easily to identify clashes with work/home commitments and that I have everything in one place. I love it that much that I even had to buy a replacement a week into the new term when a child split their entire water bottle over it! I love the extra sections for writing staff meeting notes, adding mine and my daughter’s timetables etc. thank you mums office for keeping my life organised amid my ADHD cluttered brain!
Soooo where to start!!!!! Im a busy mum of 5 and also work as a TA in a school so needed a diary that would fit everything in it, especially, my timetable for each week and my children’s appointment/activities… this diary has it all!!! I've just received my third Blox planner and I have to say I don't think I can fault them. As mum of 3 the layout is perfect to keep tabs on all the kids and what my husband and I have planned in too. Lots of space for notes, lists and reminders for important dates plus a handy pocket at the back. The diary is a good size but not too heavy and I love the shiny gold colour! I can't think I'll be switching to another diary for the foreseeable future!

Great size and very good quality
We are a family of 5 with very hectic schedules and I struggle to stay on top of it sometimes. I got my first Blox planner last year and I won't change now as it is perfectly set out with everything I need to stay organised. It's basically how I would have designed 'my perfect planner'! Mums office offers a great selection and the order arrived amazingly fast.

I first purchased one of these planners many years ago while visiting England it proved so useful that I spent the extra sum to order one to the United States every year then these stop shipping to the United States so I had them shipped to a friend in England who would intern give them to someone coming to the United States to give them to me? They should say how much I like
I have switched from my usual academic planner to the Blox one this year as I prefer the squarer, slimmer proportions - which still contain excellent planning pages like Week to View which help me to try to keep organised through the term. Lots of general Notes pages too - not offered by other planners - so I can customise throughout the year. ✨

After many years of faithfully buying the Mum’s academic diary, I switched up to the Blox academic planner this year (new job!) and I couldn’t be happier with it. Loads of space, 4 grid columns for family members and other key events and lots of space for notes and monthly/yearly planning. The quality of both the cover and the pages is fabulous and I’ve gone for coral this year which is a beautiful vibrant pink/orange. It looks fab on my desk and I know from previous purchases it will survive well being dragged around in my work bag every day. Pretty much perfect! (PS - I keep all of my old diaries and I’ve just gone to count - this is my 12th diary in a row from Mum’s Office!)
