"Having used your diary for the last year I am glad to be able to get another for this year wouldn’t be without it, trying to keep track of my family’s activities is much easier.  The only problem I encounter is that there is nowhere to store a pen or pencil so even though I have my diary with me at all times pens seem to go astray in my handbag!  Any chance that in the future a pen/pencil or a slot to store a writing implement could be incorporated in the design?  Many thanks, Regards Mrs Mandy Williams"  We hope your are pleased with our new addition ........... "Reading about you being stressed (this refers to last year when we were unable to launch the new website) made me want to write this email.  Since last year, when I got a mums diary for christmas, I am extremely happy using it. The funny part is that I'm not even a mum, but just  act like one for otherwise very grown up men. I do their bill paying, bookkeeping, and general reminding of life's more or less important stuff. Besides that I try to keep the schedule of my own mother, who is sick, so that I know what needs to be done for her, and my own work and other schedule, and my husbands schedule, of course.  Which to me means that you have invented the best thing: it finally gave me an overview of all these things to remember, and besides seeing at a glance what to do for whom, I can check where are they now.  This year I am treating myself to your shopping list as well, and I am already happily anticipating the arrival like a kid awaiting Christmas.  Thank you very very much! No need for a better website, as far as I'm concerned- even living in the Netherlands ordering and making the payment was easy.  Maybe for next year you can invent more great stuff? The only thing I missed was the mentioning of the week number- not because I am keen to know, but because some people ( especially contractors/ builders etc.) like to say thing like " it will be done by week 30".
