We aim to dispatch orders received Monday to Friday by 3pm the same day. Orders are delivered by first class post and Royal Mail aim to deliver the next working day including Saturday. However sometimes it may take longer and we just have to be patient and wait for Royal Mail. If you have not received your order within 10 working days please try your neighbours or local Royal Mail sorting office, in case there is a parcel is waiting for collection and the card has gone astray. If you have not received your order within 10 working days, we can dispatch the order again or offer a full refund. For overseas delivery, we ask you to wait until at least 20 working days (for items posted to Europe) or 25 working days (for items to the rest of the world) have passed from the due delivery date before contacting us.
We also offer UK next day delivery (Monday to Friday) using the courier DPD. DPD will send you an email and a text message giving you a 1 hour window for estimated time of delivery. We must receive your order by 3pm (Monday - Thursday) to use this service. Orders received after 3pm on Thursday and before 3pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Orders received after 3pm on Friday and before 3pm on Monday will be delivered on Tuesday!

We accept returns up to 28 days after the day you receive delivery of your goods. If you are in the European Union and you cancel your order within 14 days of the day following delivery of your order being made and you cancel the whole order, we will refund the standard postage and packing costs you paid as part of that order (if any). If you paid for express delivery we will only refund the cost of standard delivery. To cancel any item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of the day following delivery of your order being made, quoting your order number and your reason for return. You must take reasonable care of the item, retain all original packaging and return the item in the same condition that it was in when delivered to you. Items may be returned to us at MUM's Office, PO Box 53610, London, SE24 9WS. Any costs incurred in returning the item are the responsibility of the customer. We will refund your order within 14 days of receiving your return. We will not refund any postage and packing charges if you cancel after 14 days or if you only cancel part of your order (although you still have 28 days to return your goods and receive a refund for the cost of the goods). The returns process for international customers is the same as for UK customers. In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, we shall make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question provided that you notify us of the problem by email at the address stated in the confirmation email within 14 working days of delivery of the goods plus return the goods to us, unless we inform you that return is not necessary. This provision does not affect your statutory rights.
However please note that we do not accept returns on SALE items.
Our office will be closed from Friday 23rd December 2016 through to Monday 9th January 2017. Orders will be dispatched as usual directly from our warehouse however returns won't be processed until week commencing Monday 9th January.
